I've tried moving the files between the X86 folder and the normal folder but whatever I do I just can't get the CLR plugin to pop up in my sources on OBS.

I've gone to Twitch Alerts and downloaded the 32 bit version of the CLR Browser Source Plugins. The alert should appear in your OBS Studio.
